Our candidates' journeys

Boyes Turner aim to provide an excellent candidate experience and we have designed our interview process to keep you in mind.

Once an application has been received our Recruitment Team and Hiring Manager will assess your skills and experience.  If successful our Recruitment team will invite you to a first stage interview.  

The first stage interview allows you to meet the hiring manager, and we can explore your skills and experience in more detail.  During this first meeting we aim to provide you with an overview of the role, the team, and a flavour of what it is like working at Boyes Turner.

If both parties feel that the role is a good match, then we will progress you to 2nd stage interviews. In this interview you will meet the Hiring Manager along with other members of the team, and you'll be able to ask questions that you may not have asked previously. We understand an interview is a two-way process, and we wish to ensure we provide you with all the information you require so that you feel positive Boyes Turner is a place you wish to work.

We understand how important feedback is, and our Recruitment Team will ensure that you are kept up to date at each stage throughout the process.

Candidates are not always successful however, if you provide us with your consent then we shall hold your details and contact you if further suitable opportunities become available.

For our successful candidates, we aim to send offer details within two-days of the offer being made. Once you have received all documentation and this has been returned then one of our HR team will contact you to begin discussions regarding your first day, induction training and any queries you may have.
