Our team is often involved in transactions at an early stage to provide advice on structure and other strategic considerations. We routinely advise clients on securing overage, clawback and indexation payments and on issues concerning easements, covenants and indemnity insurance. 

Our team also advises on planning and infrastructure agreements, including arrangements covered by section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act and utility and highway agreements. We also advise on the particular challenges arising from the Community Infrastructure Levy.

We also act for a number of banks and financial institutions in connection with secured lending for development projects and can provide assistance relating to all elements of primary and secondary acquisition and development finance and joint venture structures.
