Thames Valley law firm Boyes Turner has advised CH&CO, a leading independent caterer and Royal Warrant holder on its acquisition of Blue Apple, a catering and workplace services provider.

The merger further expands CH&CO’s workplace portfolio, bolstering its position in the marketplace. Blue Apple joins CH&CO alongside its existing workplace businesses Vacherin and Gather & Gather. Brian Allanson and Ruston Toms, co-founders of Blue Apple, will continue to lead the business, the brand and ethos will remain.

With cultures and values in alignment, the expanded workplace estate will benefit from shared best practice. Blue Apple will gain valuable additional support from CH&CO, including assistance from its support teams and enhanced learning and development opportunities.
