Peter Olszewski is a Senior Associate and a Solicitor Advocate in the firms Employment practice group.  Peter advises on all aspects of employment law and adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to litigation for the benefit of his client’s when handling complicated and commercially sensitive matters.

Peter’s experience encompasses managing large-scale group litigation, unfair and wrongful dismissal claims, TUPE matters, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, complex commission and bonus claims and advising across a broad range of other employment related matters including settlement agreements, working hours claims, grievances and disciplinaries and advising on terms and conditions of employment.

Peter is a Solicitor Advocate and attends the Employment Tribunal on a regular basis to successfully represent clients.
