Adrian Griffiths has joined Boyes Turner as Partner in the Development, Housebuilding and Property Litigation Team, where he will head up the firm’s Property Litigation practice. The Team is now 16-strong – including five partners. Adrian joins from Gordon Dadds, where he was also a Partner.
Andrew Chalkley, CEO at Boyes Turner, said:
“Adrian adds further strength to our thriving Development, Housebuilding and Property Litigation Team. Fresh from being recognised in Property Week’s Best Places to Work in Property awards, this shows what a great destination we have become for specialist property lawyers. Being a great place to work also makes us a happy and high performing team for our many property sector clients. Adrian’s arrival follows the team scooping this year’s Property Legal Team of the Year in The Business Awards 2018, and is yet more evidence of how our service to property sector clients is thriving.
“Heading up our Property Litigation Team, Adrian is consistently focused on delivering long-term realistic commercial solutions to commercial and institutional landlords and developers across all sectors of the property industry, as well as solving their short-term litigation needs. Across the Thames Valley and beyond, the team Adrian joins is adding real value to developers, housebuilders and commercial landlords working to deliver the region’s long-term residential and commercial property needs”.
Adrian Griffiths, Partner in the Development and Housebuilding Team and Head of Property Litigation, said:
“There is a pressing need for more housing across the UK, with particular pressure on space in the South East. This is a time of both great opportunity and challenge for housebuilders and commercial developers in the region, and I look forward to supporting the industry from my new home at Boyes Turner.”
