Course overview

This HR Masterclass is written and delivered specifically for HR professionals, focusing on your role and responsibilities in guiding managers through people management policies and processes to ensure compliance. Emma will share her knowledge having been an employment lawyer for over 20 years, whilst giving you practical tips and techniques for managing those tricky ER issues, helping you to develop your “HR voice” within your organisation.
Delivered in person from our Reading office, the Masterclass is run in a small group to create a “classroom” feel, which allows attendees to ask questions or go over topics in greater detail. It’s also your opportunity to meet like-minded HR professionals who wish to consolidate or refresh their HR knowledge and stay up to date with current legislation and HR practice.

Who should attend? We welcome all HR professionals; however, if you are new to HR, are returning to HR, want to refresh your skills or stay ahead of the HR curve then this course if for you. Sounds like someone in your team? Invite them along!
