Boyes Turner has appointed Emily Neale as Partner and new Head of Residential Property. The appointment sees the Reading-based law firm continue to bolster its real estate offer across its five distinct partner-led teams within the group.
Emily joins Boyes Turner from Field Seymour Parkes where she was the Head of the Residential Property and New Homes Team. She has 13 years’ experience, acting for a broad range of clients from high-net-worth individuals to investors, trusts, and companies, and recognised for her expertise in handling high value and complex property transactions.
Much of Emily’s experience is in buying and selling prime residential properties within the Thames Valley, London, and sought-after locations across England and Wales. A key focus for her at Boyes Turner will be driving more innovation and expertise through the firm’s market-leading conveyancing service, while also working closely with its private client and real estate teams.
Barry Stanton, Managing Partner at Boyes Turner said: "Emily’s appointment reflects the continued expansion and strength of our real estate team. She brings a real entrepreneurial and energetic mindset with her, sharing our commitment to being truly strategic partners to our clients. Her talent for developing brilliant people will also be exciting as the group strengthens its position as the go-to real estate team in the Thames Valley."
Boyes Turner’s real estate team has maintained its Tier 1 Ranking in the Legal 500 for the last 11 years.
Emily adds, “I joined Boyes Turner because it is a firm which is in an exciting space of growth and innovation. It is taking bold steps, and I am keen to be part of a group that has its focus on the future. The residential property team already has a great reputation for its work and has a long- standing client base, as well as referrals from contacts locally and from afar. I’m looking to build on that, with a focus on gaining a reputation for providing the most modern conveyancing service around.”
