Chris Dobson, led the Boyes Turner team of lawyers advising Sonos Inc on its recent acquisition in the UK.
Chris and colleagues, Mark Blunden, Grace Hudson and Calum Parfitt worked alongside Sonos’ in-house legal and commercial teams, based across its offices in Boston and Santa Barbara.
The Boyes Turner corporate team, which in 2019 advised on more than £250 million worth of national and international deals, was again recommended by the prestigious Legal 500 in September, with Chris Dobson and Kate Eavis both being recommended for their expertise within the technology sector alongside leading lawyer Bill Gornall-King and Hall of Fame ranked Mark Blunden.
