Nicola Weeks

Nicola is a senior associate in the family law team. Nicola has over 9 years experience as a specialist family solicitor and helps both married and unmarried people on all aspects of family law.

Nicola focuses on resolving complex, high value financial disputes in divorce proceedings and on the breakdown of unmarried relationships. She is also experienced in the preparation of pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Nicola assists clients in the arrangements for their children, both by agreement and in court proceedings.

Nicola is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers committed to dealing with divorce, separation and other family matters, in a non-confrontational manner. Nicola is committed to Resolution’s code of practice and to resolving issues in a constructive and positive way.

Nicola has obtained Specialist Accreditation through Resolution for her expertise in relation to financial matters following divorce and arrangements for children. Nicola is a committee member of Resolution for the Berkshire & Buckinghamshire Resolution Group and helps to plan events for other local family lawyers.

Nicola is a governor for the schools of Woolton Hill and is the designated safeguarding lead.
