Alpa is an associate - solicitor in the award winning medical negligence team at Boyes Turner. Alpa has a broad spectrum of experience and has represented clients in claims involving fatal accidents, sepsis, amputations, delays in diagnosis of cancer, stillbirth and Cauda Equina Syndrome.

Alpa assists the group’s partners, Susan Brown and Richard Money-Kyrle, in the investigation, quantification and court work associated with high value cases involving cerebral palsy and other serious neurological injury, meningitis and spinal injury.

Alpa has been commended for being compassionate, persistent and professional. Her experience involves a broad range of cases from high value, multi expert cases to more modest single expert cases.

Before training as a solicitor, Alpa has worked and volunteered for the Citizens Advice Service in Leicestershire and Rutland. Alpa has represented both defendants and claimants in the past, which enables her to provide an insight on all aspects of the litigation process.

A member of Alpa’s family successfully brought a claim for medical negligence following a delay in diagnosis of cancer, which gives Alpa a special understanding of the devastation negligent treatment can have on a person, their family and how challenging the litigation process can be for a client.

Alpa is a member of the Law Society. She has been accredited with APIL senior litigator status.

Alpa can speak Gujarati and is able to communicate in basic Hindi.
