Daisy Fox-Clarkin is a Paralegal in our Education team. Drawing on her extensive experience supporting children and young people, Daisy assists clients across a range of special educational needs (SEN) and education law matters, including EHC Plan appeals, annual reviews, and securing appropriate educational provision.
Daisy supports the Education team across a broad range of SEN and education law matters. Her work includes assisting with SEN appeals, EHCP disputes, and securing appropriate educational provision. She plays an important role in case preparation, legal research, drafting documents, liaising with local authorities and educational professionals, and supporting the team in achieving positive outcomes for families.
