Lucy is a solicitor in the firm’s Construction Practice, specialising in non-contentious work.
She supports a variety of clients including developers, contractors, private individuals, charities, court-appointed deputies, and commercial clients requiring construction works at their facilities. Lucy has advised on and negotiated a range of industry standard and bespoke contracts including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and parent company guarantees.
Before joining Boyes Turner in September 2023, she worked on commercial real estate transactions at a Tier 1 regional firm. She gained a Commendation in her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law and completed the Solicitors Qualifying Examination in August 2023.
Her interests outside of work include travel, trail running, history and reading – she read English Literature as an undergraduate and holds a Master of Philosophy in Medieval and Renaissance Literature.
