We are seeking a dedicated legal professional to join our friendly Community Care and Court of Protection team. Reporting to the Senior Associate, you will manage a diverse caseload of privately fee-paying clients while supporting junior fee earners and contributing to the development of our niche area of law. As a founding member of the Professional Deputy Forum and a recognised leader in Chambers and The Legal 500, our team offers specialised, holistic advice in Community Care/Public Law, Court of Protection Health and Welfare, and Special Educational Needs. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate team based in Reading. 

The ideal candidate will be well organised with a keen eye for detail, proactive and, most importantly, a team player. This role would ideally suit an experienced associate or existing senior Solicitor with 5  years’ plus PQE experience who is looking to grow their career at a leading independent law firm where they will be supported and encouraged to play a leading role in advising large corporate clients (often international organisations), ambitious investee companies and high net worth individuals on M&A, early stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes and other day-to-day corporate law matters.

We have a great opportunity for a  Insolvency Solicitor to join our fast paced but friendly team based in Reading .  We are looking for candidates between 1-5 years PQE who are driven and demonstrate a proactive approach.

We are seeking an ambitious and bright solicitor (NQ - 1 year PQE) to join our highly-regarded Employment team. You’ll be working closely with our experienced partners, contributing to a busy team that handles everything from employment tribunal claims to restructuring projects with an international scope.

We are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic team member to join our Conveyancing/ Residential Property team based in Reading.

Reporting into the Residential Conveyancing Director you will be responsible for dealing with high value properties, high net worth individuals and their advisers.

The candidate will be required to attend to the office approximately 2/3 days each week with the view to be flexible in order to meet business needs.
