Our comprehensive legal packs significantly speed up the process of selling finished units once a development has been completed.

They include all relevant documents relating to the site, as well as a comprehensive bespoke legal handbook incorporating a narrative on the title and supporting information about the site. This is especially useful where the legal background is complex.

By putting all of the information that buyers and their solicitors require in one place, up front and in an easy to use indexed format, a significant amount of time can be saved. This minimises delay and means investment made in developments (particularly sizeable ones) is realised faster.

Once the "contract pack" is created and the reservation made we guarantee that if instructions are received before 2.00 pm on a working day then papers will be sent out the same day

A dedicated specialist plot progressor

We have considerable experience in bulk-managing both new-build and conversion sites, whatever their size.

A specialist paralegal (plot progressor) is assigned to each developer. This ensures that our clients have an accurate and up to date picture of the progress of the development.

Comprehensive progress reports are also available which provide a summary of the status of plots still to exchange on each development. This is available at any time.
