Jessica is a commercial and technology lawyer and specialises in commercial contracts, technology and IT, intellectual property and data protection.

Jessica qualified with a leading national firm in Manchester in 2020 where she initially specialised in corporate law before moving to London and cross-specialising into commercial and technology in 2022 to pursue her interests in working within the digital media, data and technology sector.

Jessica is regularly instructed on the preparation and negotiation of standard terms and conditions of business and supply and purchase of goods and services across consumer businesses and businesses with a large supply chain, cloud services agreements, data licensing and commercialisation and general data protection matters.

The combination of Jessica’s previous experiences as in-house legal counsel and corporate law specialist makes her a well-rounded commercial and technology lawyer. Her legal analysis skills and solution-oriented approach ensures the delivery of pragmatic advice and fulfilment of clients’ priorities and objectives.

Jessica is a member of the Society for Computers and Law and the Law Society.

Outside of the office, Jessica leads an active lifestyle and loves all team sports, particularly field hockey and if not playing in a league, Jessica will most likely be working towards a running or fitness goal.

Jessica is also a classically-trained pianist and, as a fan of all cuisines, regularly samples new restaurants and recipes.
