Laura Green

Laura is an associate - solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at Boyes Turner. She specialises in wills, powers of attorney, applications for probate and the administration of estates. She also advises clients on inheritance tax and estate planning, including the preparation of deeds of variation for beneficiaries receiving an inheritance. In addition, Laura prepares declarations of trust for clients purchasing a property with their partner, which provides protections for their respective financial contributions.

Laura a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having achieved a distinction in the STEP Diploma, a specialist qualification in trusts and estates. She is also a member of the Law Society Private Client section.
