Martin Anderson

As associate - solicitor in Boyes Turner’s successful industrial disease team, Martin has dedicated his career to acting for personal injury claimants. Since joining Boyes Turner he has acted solely for clients suffering from asbestos-related disease and their families.

Martin represents claimants who have asbestosis and pleural thickening. He assists Laura Magson, and other rest of the team, in the industrial disease team with high value mesothelioma and lung cancer cases.

At Boyes Turner, ethics, professionalism and best advice are our key priority and litigation may not always be the best way for a client to achieve redress. Martin helps mesothelioma sufferers to make applications for payments under the Diffuse Mesothelioma Payment Scheme, the Turner and Newall Asbestos Trust and the Veteran’s Agency, where to do so would result in a higher award for the client, albeit with lower legal fees recovered for Boyes Turner.

Martin is a keen charity fundraiser, literally running any lengths to raise money for the charitable causes that he supports. He has run the Reading Half Marathon five times to date.
