Martin Anderson is an Associate Solicitor in Boyes Turner’s highly regarded Asbestos Disease and Personal Injury teams. He specialises in supporting individuals and families affected by asbestos-related diseases and people who have suffered serious injuries, helping them secure the compensation, support and financial security they need following a diagnosis. Martin acts exclusively for claimants and has extensive experience guiding clients through what can often be a complex and emotionally challenging claims process, providing clear advice and practical support at every stage.

Martin advises individuals and families affected by asbestos-related diseases, helping them pursue compensation for illnesses that have often developed many years after exposure. His work includes claims involving mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening, as well as supporting families following the loss of a loved one. He has completed the Reading Half Marathon on multiple occasions and enjoys combining his passion for running with opportunities to make a positive impact.
