Role Description

To support the Residential Conveyancing team with administrative tasks.

Work type:

Administrative duties including but not limited to:-

  • Data input on case management system and finance system
  • Acknowledging documents and monies to clients
  • Scanning
  • Filing scanned post and splitting pdf documents
  • Processing initial documents from clients
  • Supporting the residential team lawyers and paralegals
  • Opening files on case management system
  • Assist with team phone calls
