Role Description
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Lawyer who is looking to take their next step as Partner within the Dispute Resolution team.
The Dispute Resolution team’s caseload covers the full range of commercial disputes work across various sectors and the team provides a quality commercial dispute resolution service to its local, national and multi-national client base.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess credible litigation experience; will have strong leadership skills; and can demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to build new business and to articulate a clear strategy in order to achieve financial metrics and drive forward continued growth and success of the team.
Experience/ Attributes required
- Credible litigation experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficiency within MS Office and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to manage competing priorities
- Experience of business development activities in order to generate business growth
