The Dispute Resolution team’s work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work. In addition to providing direct advice on a wide variety of commercial and property disputes, the group provides specialist cross – disciplinary support to other parts of the firm including the Commercial and Technology, Corporate, Employment and Property teams.
Experience/ Attributes required
Has a good understanding of the legal principles involved and experience of assisting with any of the following:-
Contentious probate/trusts disputes
An ability and willingness to be involved in business development activities is essential
Good telephone manner
Ability to work unsupervised (where necessary)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to draft straightforward documents
Work effectively as part of a team
Excellent keyboard skills plus good knowledge of Microsoft office software
Sound knowledge of CPR
Can undertake relevant research and communicate results by way of clear explanations.

Specialist accreditations or memberships desirable but not essential
