Two new Partners recently arrived - Mark Izquierdo and George Panteli, alongside associate Rob Morgan, all of whom significantly enhance the firm’s specialist capabilities in development & housebuilding and commercial property.

The latest arrivals add to the arrival of Emily Neale as the Partner and Head of residential property earlier last year to expand our conveyancing and high value residential property services and the recruitment of four other lawyers in her team to build capacity and reflect the increased demand. The growth of the construction team continued with the arrival of Samantha Beasley to support Lawrence Bruce who arrived at the end of last year.

Boyes Turner has grown its reputation within the property & construction sector as go to lawyers in Reading and the Thames Valley. The firm now has specialists across commercial & residential property, development & housebuilding, construction, planning & infrastructure and property disputes.

Mark Izquierdo has been working in real estate sector for over 30 years. He’s been a trusted advisor to many developers and other businesses across the Thames Valley and beyond. He has broad experience but is best known for his work advising on development acquisitions & disposals, planning & infrastructure arrangements and advising lenders and borrowers on secured lending.

George Panteli brings over 15 years’ experience advising occupiers, investors and developers. He deals with all aspects of commercial property across a range of sectors, with particular expertise in the offices, logistics and retail markets. George has led market-leading transactions for major corporates and also spent time in-house at a global IT company. His work spans complex acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and leasing, as well as real estate finance and telecoms matters under the Electronic Communications Code.

Rob Morgan has extensive experience in the development sector and has supported major UK housebuilders through intricate property transactions, strategic land acquisitions and disposals.
