Aimee is a solicitor in the firm's Corporate team, having qualified there in September 2023.
Aimee has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including M&A transactions (advising on both buy-side and sell-side), group re-organisations and shareholder arrangements.
Prior to joining Boyes Turner, Aimee had previous experience working in the legal department of a global leader in generic pharmaceuticals and biosimilars and has worked in the legal and compliance department for a company specialising in legal conveyancing technology.
