Pasqualina Marcucci

Pasqualina is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property Team, with a particular focus on assisting clients with their residential conveyancing needs. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2016; and she has experience of dealing with a wide range of transactions with varying complexity.

Pasqualina deals with residential freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and Help to Buy loan redemptions (part and full redemptions). She also has knowledge of voluntary and statutory lease extensions; and she has experience of being a panel solicitor for buyers regarding new build developments.

Pasqualina has built a great reputation for herself regionally, having spent much of her career working in Oxfordshire. She has represented first-time buyers to investors; having dealt with residential property in England and Wales. Pasqualina prides herself on the quality of her work, clear communication and the ability to handle each transaction in the most efficient manner possible.
