Phil is a Partner in the Commercial Property team specialising in transactional property work spanning the industrial, distribution, office, retail and tech sectors.

Phil advises business occupiers, investors and individuals on a variety of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, the negotiation of leases and portfolio management.

Phil is also experienced in development and property finance work and regularly assists the Corporate Team with property due diligence on both acquisitions and disposals of company shares and/or assets.
