Samia is a Paralegal in the Immigration team, focusing on all areas of UK immigration law. She has a keen interest in the tech sector, especially its impact on global mobility.
As an immigration law practitioner since 2014, Samia has a wealth of experience with Family and Personal migration routes, Naturalisation applications and the impact of Brexit on EU nationals and their family members within and outside of the UK. Samia has the in-depth understanding and technical expertise to unravel the labyrinth complexities presented by UK Immigration Rules, Home Office polices, concessions and procedures, whilst keeping abreast of developing UK and European law. She has a solution orientated mindset with an ability to articulate these complexities succinctly to clients.
Samia is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX), Level 3 Accreditation from Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and a Member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) and Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI)
