Russell May, Richard Pulford and Phillip Baldwin of our Dispute Resolution team will be looking at the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and how the statutory lease extension process works for commercial properties. They will be covering serving notice of intent to renew, how to respond, possible ways to object and some more recent case examples. They will also look at the future of the 1954 Act considering the current Law Commission review into the need for reform.
