Our Corporate team advises businesses and individuals across the full spectrum of legal issues driving corporate transactions - from initial investment through to further business growth and development funding.
Rachael is an Associate in the firm's Corporate team, having qualified there in 2019.
Rachael has experience advising clients on a variety of corporate law matters, including M&A transactions (advising on both buy-side and sell-side), group re-organisations, investments (advising both investors and investee companies) and shareholder arrangements.
Rachael studied Law at the University of Reading, graduating in 2015, followed by the LPC at the BBP Law School in Holborn. During university, she volunteered with the charity IPSEA, offering advice to parents of children with SEN. She also won a negotiation competition run by Boyes Turner, and competed in the subsequent regional heats of this competition.
