We have an exciting opportunity for a Costs Lawyer/ Costs Draftsperson to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Costs Director you will be responsible for the preparation of Court of Protection Bills of Costs.
The successful candidate will be a Costs Lawyer/Costs Draftsperson with a around two years’ experience looking to build on their existing practical costs knowledge; however, we would also consider a Court of Protection junior fee earner/paralegal who is looking at progressing into a professional costs role.
As an organisation, we are happy to offer this role on a remote/office hybrid model, making this the perfect opportunity for the successful applicant to add flexibility to their work/home life.
Advocacy, when required, appealing SCCO decisions on assessed bills of Costs
