Contracts and policies

Boyes Turner’s employment law team offers a range of employment contracts, employee handbooks and toolkits to assist organisations in the recruitment and employment process, whatever your budget and need.

Bespoke contracts and policies

Our contracts and policies are drafted to ensure UK legal compliance and also HR best practice. They are easy to use and are easily adaptable and incorporated within the organisation. We can also draft bespoke contracts, service agreements, policies and handbooks to suit your specific needs.

Employment Toolkits

If an “off the shelf” set of compliant documents is needed, why not choose from one of our pre-packaged Employment Toolkits. Our Toolkits typically consist of a standard policy, manager's guide and template letters/forms. Toolkits are ready for you to update and implement as you wish.

Policy tracker service

We understand how hard it can be to keep employment policies up to date. That is why we offer a policy tracker service where we manage your organisation’s employment policies and handbooks.

We track employment legislative changes, automatically amend the policies and email them back ready for implementation – simple!

A party will not automatically be granted payment on a quantum meruit basis (i.e. a reasonable sum) for the work carried out, and is unlikely to succeed in such a case if it is found to have taken the risk of not being paid in pursuit of its own advantage.
