Webinars & e-learning

Our training does not have to be delivered face to face. Where organisations run multi-site operations or as a first step to people training, you might want to consider webinars or e-learning.

Choose from a suite of pre-packaged core online courses or design your own bespoke e-learning modules which can be accessed through your organisation’s own LMS platform or accessed independently. Our online courses come with a quiz to compete at the end to test knowledge and understanding. Our training team’s webinars can either be pre-recorded or broadcast “live” by us or scripted allowing for you to deliver or record yourself.

We can also deliver a programme of online “how to” manager’s guides on how to manage regular and basic management questions, for example, “what to do if… someone is absent” or “what to do if… there is a conduct issue”. These are cost effective and save HR time in having to answer the same questions time and again.

Recent examples of e-learning modules include:

  • GDPR awareness courses for HR, managers and employees
  • Equality and diversity training
  • Raising complaints and whistleblowing

Following our Autumn European Webinar Series which focussed on disciplinary procedures our second mini-series will focus on the issues of individual and collective redundancies across a number of European Countries.

We shall be discussing Redundancy practice and procedure across 13 European jurisdictions with experts from each country across 5 webinars. The webinars will be of interest to all those with responsibility for managing processes and procedures on a multi-country basis.

The webinars will be available to listen live or available as a recording. For those listening live there will be the opportunity to send generic questions to the presenters which will be answered during the webinar or in writing afterwards.

The webinars will be held as follows:

15 May - Italy, Spain, Portugal
22 May - Denmark, Sweden and Ireland
5 June - France, Netherlands and England (UK)
12 June - Belgium and German
19 June - Poland and Czech Republic

All of the Webinars will commence at 3 pm GMT (4 pm CET). Attendance is free of charge

To attend the seminar you will need to register here.

We hope that you are able to join us.
